Booklist Service T&Cs
1. We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items where necessary. We will substitute with a similar item of a same or better quality and of a same or greater value. No extra charges will be requested for substitutions.
2. Stationery packs are to be collected within 3 business days of being advised of completion.
3. Payments for online orders are to be made by credit card or debit card. Sufficient funds should be available to ensure orders are not delayed.
4. By placing an order and providing the card details you give permission for Pacific Office Supplies to deduct the amount of the order from the linked account.
5. Claims for missing or damaged items should be made to Pacific Office Supplies within 3 business days of receiving the goods.
