Booklist Service Delivery Information

COLLECTION

Orders are available for pickup form our outlet located at:

                             Unit 3 - 165 Old Pacific H/Way (Opp. 7 Eleven)

                             Oxenford QLD 4210

Customers will be advised as soon as orders are ready for collection.

Orders are to be collected within 3 business days of being notified that they are ready for collection.

DELIVERY SERVICE

A delivery service is not presently available except in exceptional circumstances. Please contact us on  (07)5573 3711 to discuss your individual needs.

All orders approved to be delivered will be sent via courier.

A specific time of delivery cannot be requested.

In the event that nobody is available to receive the delivery, the courier will attempt to find a safe place to leave the goods. If you do not agree for goods to left then the delivery option is not available. 

We are unable to deliver to:

       *   PO Boxes

       *   Gated complexes or premises where keys or codes are required.

We will update the order status to "Shipped" and advise by email to let you know to expect a delivery.

We will attempt to deliver all orders for multiple children in the one delivery.

DELIVERY FEES

Orders placed on or before 20/12/15 will incur a delivery fee of $8.95 (inc.GST)

Orders placed on or after 21/12/15 will incur a delivery fee of $17.90 (inc.GST) 

Only one delivery fee per family is payable.
