Schools

Q.  What Schools can you supply for.

A.  Online ordering is currently available for the following schools:

          *  Assisi College

          *  Coomera Anglican College

          *  Coomera Rivers State School

          *  Coomera Springs State School

          *  Coomera State School (2014 booklist only at this stage - expected to be updated before 30/11/14)

          *  Highland Reserve State School

          *  Oxenford State School (2014 booklist only at this stage - expected to be updated before 30/11/14)

          *  Park Lake State School

          *  Pimpama State School

          *  Pimpama State Secondary College

          *  St Stephens College

          *  Upper Coomera State College

We can usually fill orders for all other schools. Either drop your list at our Oxenford outlet, fax to (07)55 734 666 or email to [email protected]

Ordering

Q.  How do I check the current status of my orders?

A.  Log ito your account and go to "My Account" then "View My Orders". The status is listed next to each order

Q.  What does the different order status mean?

A.  Pending  -  your order has been received and is waiting to be filled

     Processing  -  your order has started to be filled and should be complete shortly

    

     Shipped  -  your order has been filled and has been handed over to the courier for delivery

                      or

                      your order has been filled and is ready for you to collect from our outlet at:

                                        Unit 3 165 Old Pacific Hway

                                        Oxenford (Opp 7 Eleven)

                      An email will be sent advising if your order is being delivered or is ready for pickup.

Refunds and Cancellations

Q.  How do I cancel my order?

A.  Send an email to [email protected] with the order number and your details and we will attend to your request.

Q.  How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

A.  Your cancellation request will be actioned within 48hrs.

Q.  What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

A.  Refunds will be processed in the same manner in which they were made ie: payment by credit card will be refunded to your credit card.

Q.  Is there any provision for Changing Orders?

A.  Yes. Send an email to [email protected] with the order number and your details and we will attend to your request.

 

Delivery / Pick Up Info

Q.  Is delivery available.

A.  Yes but only in exceptional circumstances. Refer to our delivery information page for details of service available and pricing.

Q.  Where can i pick up completed book packs.

A.  Pickups are available from our outlet at

                       Unit 3 - 165 Old Pacific H/Way (Opposite 7Eleven)

                       Oxenford, Qld, 4210

Q.  What times are you open for pickups

A.  Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm

     Saturday 9.00am to 12.00 midday

     Closed Sundays and Public Holidays
